1. Policy & project
The complete policy, endorsements, named insureds, project address, and dates of construction.

2. Damage & condition
Dated photographs, site reports, pre-loss progress photos, and relevant inspection or technical findings.

3. Scope & cost
Contracts, schedules of values, drawings, material invoices, repair estimates, and change orders.

4. Schedule & correspondence
Construction schedules, daily logs, insurer letters, mitigation receipts, and records of any claimed delay.

Preserve original records. Notify your insurer promptly and follow your policy duties. Do not send sensitive records in an initial email. Coverage depends on your policy and facts; this checklist does not determine coverage.
